Here's a little Birthday PinUp for a friend, who has a thing for WW2 Aviation.

Inspired slightly by the Night Witches, the famous Russian all-female Aviation Regiment, I named this bear girl Natalya. My highest respect to these women, who rode slow wood and canvas biplanes during deep nights above hostile territory, with BF109s and FW190s buzzing around them - without parachutes!

(By the way, this is not an authentic Polikarpov Po-2, but a different craft, aimed at one of my friend's projects - can you name it? ;) )

I love the term "bruin" for bears - especially because of its Dutch origin :)
