Something I made to just figure out stuff. There's a couple not posted things in there, as well as journals, and a screen cap of a program I made to measure how much art I made on a year, month, and day. *huffs* I'm seriously only accepting payments AFTER the work is done on the next round of comishes...holding money is like kryptonite I swear....
That one bit about money changing how you look at time (in the second link) is abolutely true. I remember after doing a round of stream comishes I started to feel like I was wasting my time just drawing for myself. That's an extremely fucking scarey way to think as an artist. Time is not money...it never was. Both are a human abstraction forced on everyone. It's always right now. I hope I can avoid that poision thinking next time I do streams.
It would be awesome to trade art directly for food or shelter though. But I hightly doubt I'd ever find a landlord that loves furry art lol!
That money thing is too true. I got a job recently, but I still have to do volunteer work to get benefit money from the government. Now that I've been doing my paid job I've been avoiding work there, try to escape early and using my phone whenever possible.
