It boggles my mind that more furries don't show Walt Kelly's adorable fluffy French moufette more love. She's cute, she's flirty, and she speaks in the most charmingly brain-damaging broken Frenglish. What's not to love? Especially since she could very well be Fif LaFume's granny.
I really busted my butt on this pic. Walt didn't seem to draw her too consistently, so it was like trying to work from a dozen different model sheets. Also, I did eventually color this piece, but, oddly, the inks ended up looking much better. <shrug> Go fig.
