During the winter season Frost Trot would travel through the Everfree Forest for a herbal supply run since he is one of a few ponies that can travel in the cold weather. During one of his travels he notice there was a patch snow moving back and fourth. straying from the path, he followed the strange patch to took a closer look To his surprise, it was an arctic fox scouring for food. When the fox sensed his presence, the little vulpine scurried away.
The following day Frost took a quick stop at Fluttershy's cottage to ask for some food to take with him. After talking to her about the fox, Fluttershy was convinced that she should go with him. She knows that naturally foxes hunt down anything for food. When the two discovered the fox again the pegasus prepared her stare just in case. But something was different about this fox. As Frost offers the lone animal some carrots and apples, the fox quickly leaped at the food and start to munch away.
Shortly after, the two ponies were surrounded by more arctic foxes. But this pack looks completely different. They were more older, bigger and more feral than the little one next to them. As they quickly approach their prey, Fluttershy focused her stare one one side while Frost Trot used his magic to toss multiple snowballs at the rest of them. This brought him enough time to concentrate further through Twilight's teachings and managed to teleport him and Fluttershy out of harms way and back on the safe passageway.
While the ponies were making their way back to Ponyvile the pegasus saw something twitching rapidly in the back of Frost's mane. Even though he thought that his mane grew longer, he then realized that it was the cute arctic fox that was hiding inside the snowy white patch inside. After resting in the cottage, Frost offered more fruits and vegetables to the adorable fox. It was at that moment when both ponies knew that the would need a new place to live and seeing that the fox was intimidating Angel Bunny of all pets, Frost agrees to have his new pet Snowy to tag along with him.
I haven't been keeping up to date with my other versions of my character. This one will focus on my latest rendition Frost Trot. Since each of the main six has a pet to tag along, I figure have a fox that only eats fruits and veggies. Snowy has learned from the rest of the pack that hunting other animals can change how they look by eating ravenously.
I'm seriously love this bonding picture with Frost and Snowy. Even though I would prefer to have a smaller scale of the foxy on my back. BTW, Snowy is a male arctic fox.
