Yeah, that used to happen a lot, put a brand-new diaper on and the tabs pop right off *growls* with the plastic diapers now I use the cloth like cover diapers with the Velcro fastening tabs and I haven't had one pop off yet, Cool! now I is a happy little bear cub! :))
