  You know how border collies are. They get a notion in their heads and, well, just you try and talk them out of it.~
   The scenario here is lil Cassidy probably had been watching her older sister snorkeling a lot. So one day, he just grabbed the mask and the snorkel, put 'em on, hopped in the pool, and off he went.
  Some toddlers really are smart like that. :O
