SeaLions and maybe sea otters can stay submerged for long periods. Curious that he-she is taking a scuba tank.

Bottom time.

Even with a breathhold like hirs, shi can still only stay on the bottom for minutes. That tank shi can likely make last a couple hours!

Thankfully shi doesnt need a mask or flippers ^.^
