this is a beautiful and amazing artwork!
For some reason, the title and this scene reminds me a little bit of the intro of the videogame Sonic Unleashed! ^^

Difference here is Sorui isnt about to transform. Rather, something/one is either about to get thrown hella-far, or shi's about to manifest psionic tendrils and do hir version of a gauna 'tentacle barrage' from Knights of Sidonia.
