1. The basic shape.
The starting shape is really important , it is a circle with a cube next to it , there are 2 lines coming from the bottom for the neck area.
This is all rough , don't worry about details.
Important:
    1: Don't make the snout to long, or to short, it makes it look weird if it is to long, and to wrong when it is to short.
    2: Add guidelines for the area where you want the eyes to be.

2. Lesser details
After you have the rough shape get to adding details , Don't get to busy with smaller details yet.
Just add the spikes and wing like ear and so.
Important:
    1: Give the general Area and bow for the ear, Don't worry to much for details yet.
    2: Add more details to the eyes , they are more into points on the ends , add the general markings under the eye.
    3: Add the nose holes
    4: Make top lip a little wider then the bottom.
    5: Add the spikes, they are connected to the side of the jaw, not to the back.

3. Higher details
In a new layer go over the sketch again, but refine it, it doesn't have to follow the lower art completely, but use it as a guide more then anything.
Important:
    1: The eye has small black parts on the pointy bits, check out some other arts , you'll see what i mean
    2: I made the nose a little smaller, and made the bridge of the nose go inward a little more
    3: Don't forget the teeth
    4: Add the wing ears fully now, and add one in the back, it doesn't have to be fully visible but helps to add more dept to your art
    5: to also add more dept to the art , let the neck go in behind the spikes, this makes it look more like the spikes are on the sides, then on the back.

4. Cleaning up
In this stage , just make sure you add the symbols fully, and when placing it, think of it as a 3D shape, so let them bend with the form of the face, this can be hard but try to visualize it in your mind
Important:
    1: the symbols won't be fully visible from the side,keep that in mind.
    2: have the back ear smaller, and hide it behind the other ear for dept.
    3. have the skull go behind the ear, all for more dept.

Now this is a small thing I did, and surely ain't perfect
it is for me the first time I drew him so this was my journey to drawing him :D

Keep in mind, if it doesn't work, don't give up, try again, one day you'll be able to do it by yourselfs
