I know the outfit is a little odd, but you'll come to love it.....I hope. It'll be a work in progress over the next few months I think, but I REALLY like the direction it's going in.
I do think the outfit is a tad off yeah. I think it's the oddly-sitting scarf? I like the dark pink color-block there, but not really as a scarf. Perhaps remove it and instead make a connecting..thing to connect the sides of the vest? I also think you should have more of the dark pink in other places. The yellow and lime green shoes don't gel with the rest of the coolor scheme; perhaps make them dark pink and pink instead? Or keep the yellow and have it paired with dark pink instead of the lime? I dunno. OPINIONS.

i guess it depends on the aesthetic you're going for! i personally wouldn't have gone for it but hey i got pretty picky tastes when it comes to fashion.
