I watched Cool World last night, and near the very end I caught a glimpse of the very Gadget-esque inky toon mouse you see on the right there. I'd never noticed her before, and right away decided to try drawing her. Of course, that naturally led to thoughts of Gadget modeling the look from Holli's uncontrollable clown seizures. (And YES, I know her tail is missing. It just ended up looking better that way. Assume it's tucked behind her or something.)
BTW, I'm not alone in thinking her hairdo looks like a giant sundae with a cherry on top, right?
