Staples actually! They've got a large selection of laminate, from 3, 5, 10 mm! I used 10 mm, because I'm a tard, and like things lasting FOREVER. It's thick and doesn't really cut too pretty, but it's sturdy.
You can get do it yourself sheets at like, target, or michaels or Office Depot/Max. but they're 3mm. Which still works.
And yeah! I'm gonna bring a buncha clean/my actual professional ones incase anyone's not in it for the pronz :3

You could fill out a preliminary report and see what you owe (use paper filing to get a PDF without paying). Artists have deductions for costs, and if you have a low income you can get credit for things like a contribution for an IRA - even if you contribute this year (by April 15) for last year. [Although, alas, I don't think that credit extends to self-employment taxes, just income.]
Once you've gone through once, you can click "Federal Q&A" - "Basic Information" - "Federal, state and local estimated tax payments made for 2014" - "Federal estimates" and fill in figures for the last quarter to see how much you "should" pay - most likely, about the total listed for self-employment tax. It's not too late to make an online contribution for the last quarter, and it'd reduce your interest for any other amount owed for previous parts of the year.
If your self-employment income is predominately in the last quarter of the year, you might also save a bit by using the "annualized income instalment method" checkbox within "Underpayment Penalty". You'd need to have records of your monthly net income (minus expenses); if it's roughly even throughout the year, it probably isn't a good idea to use it, but you can try both ways.
