Character Sheet for Cheshire Thaddeus Felonious
Personality
A very whimsical person, Cheshire may or may not have a reason for anything he ever does. His disposition can switch from calm, care-free personality to a sort of manic glee at times, which tends to be rather jarring to those who don't know him. At times like this he tends to be more energetic and even less thoughtful of his actions and words.
Although prone to impulsive behavior, which can often involve things of questionable legality, he does have a sense of justice and fairness.
While usually care-free, he is by no means stupid, and when rightfully angered, he tends to show this intelligence with vindictive use of his speed, his claws and his knowledge of physiology. When offended, he can hold a grudge for a long time.
Background/History
Born to a pair of avid readers, Cheshire's unique coloring left his parents with little other choice in naming their son. Growing up in his parents bookstore, Cheshire was an intelligent lad, with a bit of a flair for the dramatic and skill with slight of hand and stage magic, but found himself often and decidedly...bored. Soon enough, a bored Cheshire proved to be a bad thing for those around him, wallets suddenly becoming lighter, pranks and petty crimes abound.
All grown and out on his own, Cheshire travels wherever his whims take him, greeting others with tricks and charming smiles, and distracting them from their suddenly more empty pockets.
Body
Standing at 150 cm (About 4' 11''), Cheshire is rather tall for a Mobian, and that's without even factoring in his ears (Which bring him to about 180 cm). He's a lanky fellow and, even as far as cats go, he's surprisingly limber.
He keeps clean, but doesn't get too into keeping groomed, leaving his fer rather wild and uncombed. His teeth are almost always showing in some form of grin or smirk, and are a shiny, pearly white.
His defining characteristic, aside from his namesake coloring, is his ears, which can be a good indicator of his mood at the moment. They are also quite sensitive, both to sound and touch, twitching slightly even at simple changes in air currents.
With years of practice and prestidigitation, Cheshire has amazing reflexive and reaction speed.
Clothing
Cheshire dresses for comfort over function, and function over style, although he claims the first two give him his own form of style. He usually prefers colorful, open front shirts over a second shirt, and wears deceptively heavy boots and gloves.
Accessories
Hidden in his heavy boots and gloves are sets of metal claws for combat. He also has a number of tools hidden on his person, such as lock-picks, smoke bombs and flash-bombs.
His goggles are photochromic to protect him from his own flash-bombs.
