Tribute for Christine Cavanaugh (voice of Dexter and many others).

Dexter's Laboratory was a huge part of my childhood. One of the reason I started to learn english, Cartoon Network was the only non-Hungarian/German channel we had.

So yea. I loved that show, and I loved Dexter.

I will always remember their pilot episode, where both Dee Dee and Dexter were repeatedly changed into different animals throughout the morning... Good times. Good times...

Ah... it seems like only yesterday, yet it has been so long.  It's hard to believe.

Fantastic piece, by the way.  Very toony and dynamic!  Very reminiscent of the show. n.n

(Also, I didn't know you were Hungarian, that's interesting.)

I'am can't believe it what a kick to my child hood nuts great picture by the way brings me back to when we were kids watching dexters lab back when cartoons kick ass but now cartoons have change or maybe we change as we grew up and some of us reach a time where we don't watch cartoons and when we reach that time we believe that our cartoons are more superior then today's but those kids will go through the same thing kind of a generation thing I may not remember a whole lot of the 90's because I was a toddler during the 90's but I do remember I will treasure with me for life. Anyone else or am I just rambling here

No no, cartoons have definitely changed and not necesarrily for the better. They just can't get away with things like they used to. Most of the jokes from are childhood would be considered to risqué for todays cartoons. There are a few like Gravity Falls, Regular Show, and Adventure Time, that are popular and well done enough to get away with things, but mostly cartoons today treat kids like they're idiots.

I mean, I get that it's not a good idea from an economic point of view, but still...

Cartoon Network also helped me with my English a lot.
And Dexters Lab is among my most beloved children's shows. That very first pilot nailed it perfectly.
And you nailed the keyscene perfectly. :3
