So looks like I made a Koopaling character. Honestly I'm surprised it took so long, I absolutely adore the Koopalings and have thought about doing so before, just never got around to it. Not entirely sure on the color scheme, but I like the design a lot. I plan on making another one, but this was the initial idea I had.
In any case, Axel-(along with his sister Rose)-are a pair of low life Koopas. They share no relation to Bowser or the other Koopalings, in fact they couldn't even make the cut into the Troopas Army. Bitter by this fact, the two of them feel they deserve notoriety and now seek to become royalty themselves, but when you live under the shadow of someone like Bowser who even he is constantly trumped by guys like Mario, doing that is really hard... that was until by chance they met another pair in a similar situation as them...
These pseudo-plumbers were equally upset about the fame they so rightly thought they deserved. Realizing they couldn't work the villain angle to trump Mario and Luigi, these... Bizarrio's we'll call them had hatched an idea that if you can't beat 'em, join 'em, so to speak. Figuring if they could set up an under the table operation where some one cause cause havoc and then they come into to stop it, they could eventually get their time in the lime light and thankfully Axel and Rose were willing to play along...
Unfortunately all four of them are about as smart as a bag of hammers and they all constantly double-cross each other and foul up their own plans, so they've barely succeeded at anything other then pissing one another off.
Axel is the more low brow, rebellious of the two, looking to fight anything with little to no plan. Somewhat like Bowser Jr., Axel takes to hiding his face in his scarf when getting "serious" and his signature move is curling into a ball and launching at high speed, utilizing his single row of spikes to turn himself into a buzzsaw. His hair normally falls to one side, but will stand straight up when he gets extremely angered.
If you're wondering the choice of names, I've noticed a trend in that no one else seems to pay attention to or pay homage to the fact that all the original Koopalings are named after musicians with their fanmade ones, so I wanted to do so keeping up with the original feel of the characters
