I'm so excited! A couple of nights ago I had my first Together Alone dream!
I liked the story in the dream so much I decided to make her an official part of the canon.
Sutra here is actual a spell book in person form. There was a spell within her original form that was meant to give monsters disguise forms so they could move amongst the student populous undetected. It was never meant to be performed on the book itself, but one of the not yet revealed cast members of Together Alone messed up in just that way, inadvertently transforming the book into a life form.
While the spell pages themselves are lost, they're all in Sutra's mind, making her a sorceress of the highest caliber. Unfortunately she can only access a very small fraction of her spells because the faction previously in possession of her are still looking for her, and any use of her magic can easily tip them off to her whereabouts.
What she can use without being detected are stealth and infiltration spells, such as a presence masking spells, a spell with a chance to unlock various locks, a recording spell for absorbing new information, and a brief, single target 'mental pause' she can put on people for hasty exits. These are all generally low enough levels to not tip off those constantly searching for signs of her power and the right opportunity to recapture her.
I have no idea why her skunk pattern was skeletal, but holy crap do I love it, and I was really happy to make it happen~!

hehe well! That woulda been quite the surprise and honor, however I think Sutra is a good name for her. Though that makes me wanna ask if she has any spells from japan or china or the like.
Also, her jacket is fabulous. I want one for myself now. XD

Heheh, thanks! Not yet, but there will be. Especially now that I know the name. I went to your page and looked at your KG design to see what I could work with, but it said KG was it. I suppose I could have made a K.G. ________ for a name. But if 'Kama' works better then I'll go with that.
