Fluttershy was also nervous when she had something to do with a lot of social pressure involved in it (S1E??- Hurricane Fluttershy), otherwise, she was a shy and withdrawn introverted character, not a nervous one. This I'm seeing a character that is giving more than necessary "The 6th apple when 5 was ordered" and nervous about something.
