So how do I trump something like the Grim Reaper? Why with the very forces of Hell, that's how! And what better then to do this on Devil's Day! (yes that is a thing!) This is actually a much older demon character of mine who I've been itching to redesign. I know I said I wanted to not use pre-made character (which I failed miserably at) but he's so little known and I've really been wanting the chance to revive him so I figured what the Hell? ...hehe... Hell...
When it comes to demons, I really liked to depict them in a way that doesn't make any since. Their very being is bizarre and unnatural and looking at them confuses you. I tossed in the little imp guy, because I really wanted a very cliche devil look, but rarely do I see real demons that way. I'd probably classify that one as an Imp, but I digress...
One of the very few strict facts when it comes to High School Death Party is that the forces of Heaven and Hell are no joke... well okay, since it's a comedy they are, but you get my point! While there are some threatening characters here and there, all the citizens of Purgatory are just regular every day people and why not? Most of them were that before they died! However, demons are always a threat. In no case is a demon good news. They are servants of evil itself and love what they do. They are to be avoided at all costs and this is pretty well understood... but somehow they always find some poor gullible soul to manipulate. I should state for the books too that devils and demons are two different things, devils are generic monsters like anything you'd find in Purgatory, demons are the bad ones... they often get mistaken for one another though and both hate this. I guess I should have shown a REAL devil for Devil's Day but ehh...
