So this here is one of those 'surprises' I mentioned in an earlier picture.
As I've mentioned before, my characters age in real time. As each year passes, they all get a little bit older. As I also stated in my last journal, this version of Tibby is canon to the universe I've created and is his own separate entity, with no ties to myself. His life will progress in its own direction, separate from my own. This picture in a way marks his separation from myself.

Canon Tibby here was born in the year 1994, and Eve in 1995. The two met in their Junior year of high school, when Eve and her family moved to the United States (and to Tibby's neighbourhood) from Scotland. The two quickly hit it off and became an item shortly thereafter. As cheesy as high-school romances and girl-next-door stories are, this was the very embodiment of both. Neither knew how long their relationship would last, but before long it became apparent that they were right for each other.
Fast forward a year and a half, and Tibby's proposal was neither surprising nor unwelcomed by either family. Necessary preparations were made over the following months, and on this day the couple finally immortalised and sealed their love, and said their "I do"s.

The wedding itself was a small and private affair, but no less significant than any other. Hazel, Keiko, and Ariana (Eve's mother) served as Eve's bridesmaids, with her best friend Viktoria chosen to be her Maid of Honour. Likewise, Julian ,his partner Maurice, and Martin (Eve's elder brother) were Tibby's groomsmen, with Ryō as his best man. Family members on both sides came in from all around for the ceremony, with Eve's nephew Rodrigo (Martin's son) as the ring bearer. Overall it was a wonderful experience and a cherished memory for all present.

But now we must leave the newlyweds be, for the reception is now over and Tibby worked overtime for a month straight to pay for their week-long honeymoon in Sicily
