Building a Necron part one

This is something I've been making along side my current warhammer prop

This is just a generic deamon skull I made

I started with a dollar store skull and 2 sickles
I cut slits in the skull and glued the sickle blades into place as horns
I then removed several teeth and replaced them with fangs from a costume mouth piece.  I painted the whole thing white.  
Lastly I did the black detail and glued the green glass pieces into the sockets

Nicely done! I wish we had props like that at my house, our outside decorations are a little ghetto.

Thanks... I'm not sure if I should add anything else I was thinking maybe bloody runes round the crown or along the horns

I'm thinking KISS (excuse me) principle here. Just a chaos emblem between the horns. Or if you have something appropriate handy, pierce a horn and add an amulet.
