Presenting my new picture, 'The Domestic Cat'. I did this because I was thinking a lot about cats recently. I really like cats, and I've got a bunch, but there was also an argument about cats, which I mentioned before and I then restarted, and I was reading 'Bluestar's Prophecy'. That's from the Warriors series about feral cats living in clans.
For those that are interested here's the thread I made about cats http://forums.furaffinity.net/threads/90141-Difference... It compares cat care between the UK and US. Basically people in the US think cats should live inside, people in the UK think cats should live outside. People in the US generally think it's okay to de-claw cats, people in the UK think de-clawing is cruel. Cats in the US are neutered/spayed much younger than in the US. People in the US can vaccinate cats themselves while in the UK it must be taken to a vet.
As for this picture. I tried blurring the objects that were in the background, which I think went okay, and I did a lot more drawing by hand (by mouse), particularly the tree. I was really worried the cat would look hideous but after I finished I decided it didn't actually look too bad.
