Background/History
at age 16 while he was lounging around his town thinking about how he should get home before he gets in trouble. just as he got up a dart was shot into his neck knocking him out and he was kidnapped by the company known as SWORD. he was a captive in the company getting experimented on to the point of torture eventually giving him the power to shapeshift into any animal or gender he wants to. though just before the company was ready to send him out into the world once more for a top secret mission unknown even to Matt he transformed into a feral fox and couldn't make himself stay in his original human form no matter how much he tried. he was then sentenced to death but the person that was sent to kill him instead brought him to safety, the person was a wolf by the name of Zalmenos. Matt traveled to his former home in the form of a human female. when he left the town Zalmenos saw him and realized that it was really his best friend Matt because of the clothes he was wearing. his friend invited him to live with him at the ragtag rebel group of RUST. several years later a voice tells both of them to go to SWORD base and they wouldn't be killed, shortly after their arrival they were transformed into anthro versions of themselves and shortly after all humans as well transformed into anthro animals

World/Setting
a world much like our own with humans and normal feral animals quickly changed when SWORD developed an element called 'anthronium' that changed all humans into anthro animals.
