Princess of friendship??!! These ponies have the most ridiculous title ever and of course everybody (or everypony) there are so tolerant and naive to just out right accept it and take it seriously.

i'm just going to assume you have not watched season 4 then, cause at the very end of season 4, the final 2 episodes are called: twilight's kingdom, or some shit like that, and at the very end of the final episode, celestia even calls twilight the princess of friendship and that her kingdom is ponyville.

But the thing here is that i am a very logical guy, my mind always wants to find logic and reason for everything and if i find something that is just silly and makes no sense I will point it out just like with the princess of friendship issue, which again is just a silly title.
Again princess of magic would have been a way better title for her for obvious reasons.

You know, it was a topic me an a friend of mine where discussing before the episode Twilight's Kingdom came out. Celestia, Cadence have actual lands to oversee and rule, Twi had nothing, it feels like they just threw her a bone and said "Here ya go do this." Plus, calling Ponyville a kingdom is just.... sad. Ponyville is a village, not a kingdom. Oh, well. I felt so sad for Twi and still do for the show to do that.

I don't know. But I like the title "Princess of Friendship". I think it's so unique. So original. I never see any title like this before. And I think firendship is beautiful and powerful thing. It's fit with My little pony : Friendship is Magic after all.

Like you said, the term Friendship can be used in both ways, Friendship and/or Magic. I've already gotten used to the phrase "Princess of Friendship" for the show; but I like the phrase "Princess of Magic" because thats Twi's talent and ability. :3
