- got some of the flats done on the four character one for another time, but for the moment the lineart looks more finished so that's what's getting uploaded. Will be updated later (or uploaded on a subsequent submission)
I hate you sometimes Aoi xD Half an hour is pretty much the time it takes me to make a really rough sketch (that would have to be cleaned up for another half hour to be possible to make a line art from) :P I really wish I could draw as quick as you and still keep that amount of awesome quality!

just takes practice. I spent a long time designing my workflow to enable me to draw quickly. I'll share it with you, but really speed is like with anything - it comes with dedication and practice, whether you want to shred like Yngwie Malmsteen or drive like Jeff Gordon you can't start out in 6th gear or it'll just wind up a disaster. x3 But what I do is make a 30 second to 1 minute gesture drawing to lay out proportions and basic posing for each figure in the drawing with a big sloppy pen, then I set it to low opacity so that I'm not 100% married to it and I draw over it on another layer with a smaller inking pen for more precise lines, usually zoomed in pretty far. I like to draw on 150% - 200% zoom, idk why it just feels most comfortable to me, but I'm sure you'll have settings that feel most natural to you as you get more accustomed to your own unique workflow.

Oh I know it's all about practice :P Though I think some people just have the required talent to figure out and transfer the pictures and poses from the mind to the paper quickly. I've seen you work and you seem to instantly get a picture in your head and start working on it, even with somewhat sparse description from the commissioner. I personally always have to completely redraw my poses a few times before I'm happy with them xD
