That's just it, she isn't in any cartoon or mentioned in any game. As far as I've been able to find, in all of Mario canon history, she was only mentioned once...

And even then it was in a single issue of Nintendo Power UK, and the context, from what I understand, could have her as a joke and not really existing. Add into that, Miyamoto also said that Junior's mother is "Unknown", and things kinda seem fishy.
