As all you know, Tony the bear is one of the leader of the "Cub Scouts" and also he is in charge of the discipline of the little ones in the camp too!

When a cub misbehaves and disobeys the rules, it's immediately sent to Tony!And as you see, Tony has a long list of misbehaved cubs ... and the first of the list to be over Tony's knee is little Loupy!Ouchie!^^
