Well, because of the disconnect between state and federal regulation at the moment, you'd be better off just not using or trading pot at all, especially not with strangers. Giving any to a minor is pretty much the same as with alcohol, you shouldn't do it.
I don't smoke pot, so beyond that, I can't help you that much. I still voted yes on legalizing it though, since I've observed that, if anything, marijuana use doesn't exactly make someone threatening in any way.
