Ozzie was wondering around when he found a room full of heavy weights and bikes that didn't go anywhere. Then he saw some strange bars on the floor, likely normally used for sit ups. He felt a familiar feeling and decided to grab the bars, squat, and let it all out in his diaper. The bars made it easier to maintain a squatting position and he felt pleasant relief and a much heavier diaper. Ozzie wasn't sure what this room was for, but it seemed to make a comfortable room to potty his diapers in. He thought maybe it should have more windows and vents though, or else it would be a very tinky room.
