Character Description
He never showed himself in the open, always operates in the dark, out of sight, and get out swiftly after he is done. Not many mon ever seen him in person. He is a phantom through and through
Personality
Twisted mess of emotion. It's hard to pinpoint what Nier's actual personality is. He is good at impersonating other people, looking harmless, menacing, buffoon, he can do it without difficulty. But in the end, it made him confused as who he really is.
One thing sure is that he has a nasty sadistic streak. He loves seeing suffering. Was it just one of his fake personality? or his real true self? even Nier doesn't know that.

Background/History
Nier was a spawn of Spiritomb with godlike power. He was tasked with a certain holy task. That is to murder 108 pokemons who lost their memory. He was allowed to take as much time as needed, as long as the task is complete. That's why he often plays around with his victims before finally ending their suffering. He didn't know why he should target those 108 pokemons, and he doesn't care.
