Refined pencil sketch for Kit. Have I ever mentioned how much I love drawing characters reading? I like to imagine she's right at the end of this book, at the big wind-up of the plot. I'm pretty darned proud of this sketch, to be honest ^^;
I love getting to that part of a book, all the time spent reading leading up to this intense moment.. heart beats faster, disbelief of what you're reading.
"OMG! they just did THAT!?!" -turns the page-
O.O "NO WAY!"
..As you suddenly scramble to find the next one, only to remember that you don't have it yet. Only to sink back down into the chair/couch/bed, ponder what to do, read the ending seven more times and speculate on what's gonna happen next.
Or, you know, that could just be me..I don't have a problem! >//>

This happens to me so much, ha. I finish a book, and usually sit there in a stunned silence, feeling like "...well now what." It feels wrong to move onto a new book right away that isn't in the same series, or to even get up and do something else at all.
