Poke'dex: Chanter, the Genie Pokémon, Chanter are known for being trouble makers, pretending to grant wishes for those that come across it. the lamp it carries appears to be one solid item but chanter can move freely into it, when others attempt entry, they are denied. if a chanter moves too far away from it's lamp it will become enraged, attacking anyone that crosses it's path. it will even change forms when separated from it's lamp.
So this is a fakemon by @pd123sonic and I like it so much, that I did my own drawing of it with my own lore. However I will say I took some creative liberties with this one, like the double jointed legs and the tail, but I hope you like it ^w^
