It's been a long time since I've experienced anything quite as awful as telling someone the complete and honest truth (a truth I myself have had a lot of trouble accepting, at that) and being told “I know you don't really mean that.” It is very hurtful when someone tries to tell YOU how YOU feel, as if they would know and you wouldn't. The person who did this has taken it back, but I finished this before they did.

Sometimes I think I just shouldn't be in any kind of relationship, with anyone. It feels like all I end up doing is hurting the people I care the most about because of my own stupid feelings.
