Aptly named for his dark coat, Midnight Runner also has a white muzzle and hooves.
His hair tail and eyes are a rosy red while his mane and hair have white streaks.
Due to the length of his mane, he braids it.
Personality
Rather outgoing, yet reserved.
Seems to get along with any kind of pony, be it male or female.
He's smart, in his own way, yet doesn't flaunt it, prefering to remain in the dark.

Midnight Runner enjoys talking walks, reading, writing and hanging out with the people he cares for.
He dislikes violence and prejudice.
Background/History
Growing up in the southern kingdom, he left once the kingdom fell to an unspecified threat. Despite his small stature, he managed to get all the way north to Canterlot, where he planned on getting some work. Fate, however, seemed to have other plans for him.

Nothing is known about his family, although it rumored he used to have a little sister.
