famicon controllers have cables coming out of the side? that must be difficult to use, the NES ones had the cable coming out of the top so it didn't block your hands from grasping the controller.

maybe on the controller, But one of the things to remember about the famicon was that the controllers were hard wired, they have a plug and couldn't be detached from the console.
