Doctor Zander Rat, in posting https://inkbunny.net/submissionview.php?id=548147 , is one of the doctors assigned to Arineu's case. When Arineu's family are allowed to see Arineu, his sister bursts out, "WTF! We NEVER do this in our family!"
As Arineu's penis sticks up uncovered, and his sheath laying in a medical waist can, Doctor Rat replies, "I always circumcise my male patients. I find that to be best in my professional opinion".
