Dem blue arms, lel. Still, I'm hopeful for the game. Looks like it may be good. Show on the other hand, while probably not bad is obviously marketed for younger audiences and doesn't interest me much. Maybe someday they will make the Archie Comics into a show marketed for older people.

The game looks like a cross between Sonic Heroes and the Adventure series to me. Seems like it could work well if done properly. Just hope they don't do anything too overambitious and screw it up.

I know the cartoon "Sonic Boom" was aimed for 11-15 year old boys or at least that is what the article spoke out but I'm kind of excited. :) Some of the changes are a bit bizzare to me but I grew up with old Sonic (Sonic CD, etc) to more recent Sonic (Sonic Colors, etc). Designs for Knuckles was a big shock to me but who knows? It might be really good. :3

The blue arms don't bother me really, mainly because the older arms kinda looked like a segment on to his body instead actually part of his body, also i like Knucles's new look, he looks more like a strong type char instead being something similar to sonic, so he is kinda his own now, i love tails's new look, definitely him, my only issue is that robotnic, he dosen't call himself robotnic, he calls himself eggman..... stupid writers..

now now, I'm still shocked by Knuckles, it's TOO much, but at least it gives him a different body shape than just being a Red Sonic with slight differences. Tails is fine Amy Rose seems fine (still girls need to hide their weird diabolical mysterious sensual luscious... hu.. what I was saying ? ha yes ! body, while three males are running naaaaked)
I do think, seriously, blue arms for sonic are a good thing. I would have done the same for Amy. It helps to remove the feeling their arms are just pasted on the potato body.

Nicely done, this is a new generation for Sonic and his friends, I was surprised by their new appearance especially Knuckles' at first but now I like it alot, funny they made Sonic's arms all blue, but you'll get use to it.
