We can easily guess what could happen if my dear wolf was at my place and doing my job...
And of course, he doesn't know anything about computers... Strange.

Usually, clients who call the help desk are against all kind of technologies and the most surprising is that sometimes, they seem proud of it...

Here, this is the reverse situation ! Just try to imagine a technician who doesn't understand anything to your computer language xDD.

People against using tech and then using it are hypocrites yes we rely heavily on it now a days, but there is actually some things we can almost never do without it

I also do tech support, and I have had to help people that are this technically uninclined before. I swear, people should have to take a basic aptitude test and be issued a license to own and operate a computer. If you don't know how to turn it on, chances are you don't need to.

Indeed but as I said in a previous comment, you can't blame someone being bad using a computer... Imagine a nurse who works in a hospital since a very long time... And suddenly, you ask her to use Win 95... I can guarantee you that she will never be an expert.
I blame young people who are nurses now and who can't use a computer. Cause it HAS TO be something they should learn during their studies !

Actually, yes you can blame someone for not knowing how to use their computer. Those people have no idea what kind of trouble they can get into because they are not familiar with basic computer operation and very much so with the dangers on the internet. How easily can someone have their credit card numbers or even whole identity stolen if they have no idea what they're doing and they try to make a few orders online?
People with no computer knowledge are a danger to themselves, just like people with no knowledge of driving a car are a danger.

Don't have to imagine it. "Just update your drivers and that'll fix everything. EVERYTHING!" What's really bad is when nearly every tech forum you go to has someone who doesn't understand the concept of not having money for everything you want. "Just buy a new computer."
