Yeah I dunno, I kinda remember those clothes, I thought they were from an old 80's cartoon with a wizard (who Yure in this picture is cosplaying as) taking a kid through a magical land. I can vaguely remember parts but not the title of the movie or what it exactly was about. XD I'm pretty sure it wasn't the dungeons and dragons or that mr. sandman cartoon. Someone will eventually post the right answer... I hope. :3

Well there was this scene in which the wizard and the boy rode a flying dinosaur over rainbow hills. (I know it sounds weird, but the rest of the cartoon went really all-out with the rainbows and bright colours everywhere) there was this control room which was just as rainbow-y (I dunno if it was the Wizard's hideout or that it belonged to someone else because I can remember seeing only a particular sets of scenes with characters talking but I wasn't sure what it was about.)
I basically went through all the cartoon databases and I cannot find it, so it might've been one of those art-house cartoons/films (like many back in the days of experimentation) OR I might've been confusing/mixing up other cartoons like Kidd video maybe. The Dream Stone was close but that wasn't exactly it as the wizard was way shorter and I was thinking it may have been Doctor Snuggles but that wasn't it either.
Aww well, I might find it somewhere eventually, it's a shame when you can only remember like 5 to 10% of the actual cartoon. =P
