My feminine side dominates my opinions in clothing--from it, I keep hearing, "Put everything in frilly dresses forever." Just imagine that being whispered into your ear every time you think about clothes.

If you feminine side makes you do drawings of this quality, I vote listen to it! XD But nah, I really like how you've done the eyes and hair in this, and the ruffles on the hem of the dress. Expression and floral designs on the dress are nice too. I wonder if the belt is a little high up (but maybe that's just me or she has very long legs). Superb overall though I'd say :).
