Do you like Greek food? Tzatziki sauce is sort of like tartar sauce, except creamy instead of eggy. It goes great on gyros, fish, fries, and probably other things I haven't tried. But mostly gyros.

Anyway, Sefo stopped at a Greek place and got a gyro for later, and they put the tzatziki sauce on the side, in a little cup. Weeell, GUESS WHO got ahold of it and used it aaaall up without even asking first! That's right, KT. And then he finds out that if you wanna go homemade, you can't just improvise anything.
