Can you hear me, Celestia? I know you're not very happy about all this and you probably want me to go away, but I want you to hear this. I can feel your anguish and hunger, and I know what it's like to feel empty and hollow: I've starved many times in my life to know this.

Although I have no control over what my Queen has planned for this world, I'm willing to provide you some emotional support and teach you how we live and function. However, before I can give you my help, I must ask you this question: do you have the will to adapt?

This was my submission for the Shapeless Sun Art Contest hosted by InkRose98.

It depicts Changeling Princess Celestia learning how to disguise under the instruction of Zearou, my changeling fan character (not shown in this sketch).

Here, Princess Celestia is trying to disguise as her former self as part of her efforts to stay strong for her former subjects and provide some image of hope, despite the bleak situation. Since Celestia's changeling body is new to her, she's painfully struggling to complete the disguise.

It would be interesting to see a changeling fan character, like mine, play a caregiver/warden role in a story like Shapeless Sun. Unfortunately, I didn't make it to the top 3 winners of InkRose's contest, so my character will probably not make an appearance in her comic, unless she decides to surprise me.

I would imagine Zearou providing support in the form of verbal encouragement as well as psychological manipulation (e.g. imitating and disguising as Twilight Sparkle, Princess Luna, or other ponies dear to Celestia).
