July 2013:

Littlefoot, from the movie "land before time". The theme is about volcanoes, something like in one part of the movie the characters are escaping from a big rex, and during the pursuit they passed for a volcano, well something like that I tried to do.

Yeah, that was quite a dangerous part of the movie, running through the volcanic region, seriously, there was no point where they were really safe until the very end.

Yes, and that´s all, personally I prefer the first movie than the... how many secuels? 10?

Well, Don Bluth made the first movie for Adults and late teens, but the marketing department tried to market the movie for children, so the wrong audience watched it.

However, Bluth simply took advantage of it and made the other movies more "kid friendly" with songs and not so many scary moments.

Yeah but in the end finished like Disney, the point of adult/teen audience not worked for him in the end, let´s to remember what happened with Titan A.E.

A time ago I contacted with him, maybe 2 years ago, I asked him if he was thinking in retake his films or what will happen in the future, well he told he was interested in make as a movie his videogame of dragon´s lair, but he need somebody would like to make the contract. I checked latelly his webpage and I think only he could sell his game for cellphones and those things.

I´d like see more adult movies, something like Ralph Baksi did, but different of course.

Yeah, but only he will works until somebody is interested, is like for example with the games of American Mcgee´s Alice, EA games was not interested in make a third part and cancelled other game called "OZombie", sadly, but then Mcgee requested donations for everywhere and he decided make his own film about his videogames of Alice.

The idea is find someone want to make the contract, if not, not. I have time without talk with him, maybe is time of take a look,

the LBT sequels are amazing, not all of them of course, but some of them definitely deserve to be vied by adults, considering how much effort was put into them, amazing animation and voice acting, good music as well. To me they seem more like family-friendly, than only kid friendly movies. the TV series however, was clearly made just for kids.
And I don't think the first movie was made for teens and adults, I think it was made for everyone, they just removed the most scary scenes so kids could watch it too

I don´t know, but well personally I don´t liked the sequels, I think lost part of the first movie. But well I respect your position. :)
