A broken spirit, can rally if they find a beacon of hope. Though, yeah...I can see that being a bit of a blow to one's ego

The ego is something that heal well. She will have all the time to do that once as a beacon of hope, she will generate a successful slave revolt.

You know I check again to the centaur and I wonder what they think. We see ribs of many of them, must of them doesn't look healthy or in good shape. Who will want buy a slave that you have to nurse back in full strength before have to use it? This is costly and there are always the risk that he dies or grow too old before you manage to do it.

These centaurs are weaker than they should be, but they're still able to work and much more obedient and docile than they would be if they had all their strength. Most masters would be afraid to own a healthy centaur, given their potential for massive destruction. :O
