CollinWing's Request. This picture took forever. My fingers and knuckles hurt. I hope everyone likes it. I like the detail I managed to put into Eggman's goggles and Charmy's helmet specifically.

The story goes that after Sonic's hypnosis prank in the park, he went off to fight the good doctor when terror reared it's ugly head. A huge scramble happened that involved the spirit of the earth and the Chaos Emeralds once again and it landed with Eggman winning this specific round. Sonic, Charmy, Ash (from the comics), and the Light Gaia himself, Chip were all captured and are now in permanent wedgie lock-down.
