Angel was out in the rain when Twilight went walking to the shop for some goods.

It seems he got separated from Fluttershy while at the market and got all wet! .-.

Thankfully Twilight kept him dry.

this reminds me of the pets from littlest pet shop chanting the rain away. I suppose angel just isn't tough enough to deal with rain.
