I agree with you on that, however, when it comes to these kinds of Charecters, there all around meaness is just a Facade. A Mask if you will. People like this tend to have lead very hard lives. They're actually very loenly. But either because they're scared of being Hurt even more, or because they don't want others to find out or be draged down with them, they tend to throw up a walls of Barbedwire, Glass and salt around themselves to keep people away. In the end, i can't help but pitty her -_- .

Well.. I can pity her, but.. When you're a mature being, you had gone throught so many bad things happening to you and know oh-so-well how it hurts when others put you in such situations.. Then why to spread the pain to peoples you barely know, that may become just like you? Be frighten for life of being close with someone, just because some cold hearted (outside), but so lonely (inside) person stomped on their souls! That what i can't pity and forgive no matter how bad any person suffered in their lives. You got to THINK about your life and how you'd put in it. She is thinking about how bad her life is. That's why she's trying to stay away from him. She knows he's a nice guy, and she knows she coukld be happy with him. But she also thinks she's not good enough for him. She thinks that she dosn't deserve to be Happy, so she's trying to Drive him away fom her. What needs to happen is these two need to be thrown into a Situation ware it's just the two of them. Once you see her mask begin to fracture, then you'll see her true colors come though.
