Tends to be spontaneously random, at one time he could be smiling and another time he could be wreaking havoc in town with a rocket launcher.

Woman or specifically souls about to ascend to heaven as angels he kidnaps them and turns them into his lovely maids.
He also loves steak.
Background/History
After his death he was sent to hell due to all the sins he has committed, He was cursed with an immortality and was casted as a low class demon to suffer among the hoards.
As he came to live in the demon realm he slowly crawled up and gained more power and being cursed with immortality he wasn't easy to get rid off. Turning his curse into his strength he then brutally forced his way to the throne.
