Personality
Swahilli is a pretty calm character, he doesn't talk very much at all. He spends most of his time talking to spirits and harnessing spiritual energy. He also has other magical properties. He looks pretty grumpy most of the time, but he's mostly just tired because he devotes himself to the magical spirits. He meditates a lot but there does come a time where he sort of acts normal once he's finished doing his morning rituals. He does three rituals a day, one in the morning, lunch time and then late evening. When he's not doing rituals he is still a very quiet man but he is nice, doesn't normally talk unless someone talks to him first.
Likes/Dislikes
Likes - Spirits, peace, quiet, little secret places to meditate, animals, plants, humans, teaching, and ants!
Dislikes - People that mess with the spirits, people that disturb him during meditation and rituals, criminals of any kind, forest fires, human caused disasters, deforestation
Background/History
Swahilli wasn't always as into spirits as he is now, due to something wrong that he did in his past he decided the way he was going to amend his mistake was to devote himself entirely to the spirits for the rest of his life. Because he did this, the spirits made his life span a lot longer than most other creatures.
Relatives/Family
Swahilli has no children, or wife as of yet. His parents died long ago and he had no siblings.
World/Setting
The world Swahilli lives in is a huge rainforest, although it's enchanted in some ways as many of the other beings in there also believe in spirits watching over the forest and animals in it. Parts of it are always being destroyed, meaning that Swahilli has to often escape and run from the house he's just made. Even though he's an anteater, due to his anthro quality (Which not all animals have in this rainforest) he often stays up in the trees, and only comes down when he needs to run from danger or once he's sure there are no predators on the ground. Even though he stands 6 foot 5 inches he knows he isn't the biggest and most powerful thing in the forest.
Body
He has the normal Giant Anteater markings, and quite a thin but well built body shape. He's quite athletic because he climbs trees all the time and has to run from danger as well as build his tree homes (Unlike normal anteaters, as he possesses human like qualities).
Clothing
He only really wears his loin cloth in terms of clothing.
Accessories
Swahilli wear lot's of jewellery and a huge headdress in honour of the spirits, and sometimes the headdress helps with camouflaging into the plants and tress of this rainforest. His blue body paint was permanently put onto him by another spiritual character when he was welcomed into the spiritual world, this shows all others in the forest that he can communicate with the spirits and because of that deserves a level of respect from all the creatures. There isn't many spiritual talkers in the forest, as they are dying rapidly because of deforestation and fires ect...
