Introducing my news Ruddertail named Velvet Skipper. He is a Otter/Fox hybrid. he is a male with a muscular if slightly effeminate build. There is not much on him bio wise but that will change next week. I know that he is Bi and speaks with a Scottish Brogue similar to that of Scotty from Star Trek.
