Their leaders have got the international community angry at their country again. Perhaps they've sponsored an attack on another nation's soil. Or are harboring terrorists. Or simply made threats to the rest of the world on their, state controlled, public television station.
What ever it was, it sure bought about some consequences, and many of the people are angry over what their leaders have caused.
One of their clerics tries to offer consolation, but the citizens on the streets below are not buying it.
